Yay! You found one of my free downloads! This is a printable calendar set which include a month page and daily page. I tried to fit as much info as possible in the daily page including water intake, meals, exercise, and goals. Both pages are in pdf format. I suggest that you print the pages on both sides using 32 lb paper. Please note these downloads are for personal use only. I hope you enjoy.
